Order the deep fried Oreos. Service and ownership are great. Food tasty and fast. Place is great. Highly recommend!

I have given this place to many chances. Every time I eat here, it's either really good or really disappointing.
I've had their sushi rolls a few times, they were good.
Tried the chicken teriyaki, it was gross. Chicken tasted weird. The noodles are always dry. They look like just plain boiled ramen noodles.
Today I had springs rolls, shrimp tempura and a crunch roll. My rolls were FROZEN, looked cooked but were frozen. -

So... maybe they were just having an off night when I visited?
The Good:
- It may seem kind of funny, but I actually don't eat anything from the ocean. They were able to customize my beef box to include a cucumber roll (instead of the California roll) and vegetable tempura (instead of the shrimp tempura).
- The vegetable tempura was fresh and very tasty!
- The rice was cooked OK? (I'm struggling for positives here)
- Food was ready fairly quickly.
The Bad:
- My miso soup had only broth -- no tofu or seaweed.
- The salad had no dressing on it.
- The beef had no flavor and was chewy.
- People wrote about "good prices" but the beef box was something like $13, excluding tip.. and since the beef was inedible.. I'm not sure I'd call that a great deal.
Honestly, the only reason this is two stars instead of one was for the cucumber roll, vegetable tempura and willingness to customize. Can't say that I will be back though.. unless it's just to order a cucumber roll on its own.

Updating my review.
Still getting the Chicken Wrap and Miso Soup for lunch often. Still loving it. They always give you a generous amount of chicken. The wrap comes with lettuce, tomato, avocado and a ginger sauce. The sauce is delicious. Light and fresh. I always order a miso soup, even on hot days.
My favorite roll here is there Volcano Roll. It's crunchy and has a good amount of spice. The spicy tuna is always fresh.
I've also had their Undo, Ramen, Chicken Bowl, Tempura Spicy Tuna Roll and the Philadelphia Roll. Their Undo is really good. Broth is delicious. Chicken bowl and Philadelphia roll is just ok. I didn't really care for their ramen and tempura spicy tuna roll.
The staff is always kind. I call my order in every time and the girl (I wish I knew her name) remembers my name and order. She's great. -

Yummm! We love this place, specially for catering. They are so friendly, food is good, and place is clean. Best place for fast fresh food. I strongly recommend them! My guest were raving about the sushi at my event.
